ITINERARY:

Day One ~ Arrive in Halifax

Pick up your rental car (included) and drive to your hotel. The afternoon is at leisure to explore this historic port city. Your package includes admission to Pier 21. Overnight in Halifax.

Day Two ~ Explore Halifax and Peggy's Cove

Start the day with a drive to visit the famed Peggy's Cove, one of the most photographed seaside settings on the Eastern Seaboard. You may also wish to visit the quaint fishing village of Lunenburg. This evening, try your luck at the new Halifax Casino. (Whale watching trip included for 2009). Overnight in Halifax.

Day Three ~ Halifax to Charlottetown

Today's itinerary is comprised of a scenic drive across Nova Scotia and a ferry ride to Canada's smallest province, Prince Edward Island. Overnight in Charlottetown.

Day Four ~ Explore Prince Edward Island

A short drive to the town of Montague starts your day before you embark on a 2 hour seal watching excursion. The tour includes a 99% chance of seeing Harbor and Grey Seals in the wild, as well as many native Sea Birds and occasionally dolphins. The rest of the day is yours to explore the beaches of PEI on your own. Overnight in Charlottetown.

Day Five ~ Charlottetown to St. Andrews

The Bay of Fundy is the highlight of today's drive from Charlottetown to St. Andrews, located in the 3rd maritime province of New Brunswick. You'll start by crossing over Confederation Bridge to the mainland, passing Moncton and driving along the coast. Be sure to stop at the Hopewell Rocks, which are all but submerged at high tide but completely exposed when the tide is out. Overnight a in St. Andrews.

Day Six ~ Exploring St. Andrews

Prepare for a full day of adventure! This morning enjoy a 3 hour whale and nature viewing tour on Pasmaquoddy Bay by catamaran (included for 2008 only). Afterward, meander through the many shops, visit Kingsbrae Garden or try a round of golf. Overnight in St. Andrews.

Day Seven ~ St. Andrews to Moncton

Retracing your steps back to Moncton, you'll have more time to make a stop in historic Saint John to explore the public market and be sure to make a stop at the Reversing Falls. Later in the day, lunch is included at an attraction just past Moncton called Le Pays de la Sagouine. Visitors discover the colorful Acadian culture and history through, music, theatre and dance. Overnight in Moncton.

Day Eight ~ Moncton to Halifax

You may choose to either drive back to Halifax to drop off your vehicle or drop it off in Moncton (a drop fee may apply).
